Clinical supervision that helps you grow into your own practice
Supervision should be more than checking off hours toward licensure. It’s a place to slow down, think critically about your clinical work, ask the questions you don’t always have somewhere else to ask, and develop more confidence in your own judgment as a therapist.
You’ll have support with the practical responsibilities of becoming a licensed clinician while also making space for the parts of this work that are harder to capture on a supervision form.
WHAT CLINICAL SUPERVISION CAN LOOK LIKE
BACS-approved supervision
Clinical supervision that meets Louisiana licensure requirements.
Individual supervision
Dedicated one-on-one time to talk through cases, questions, challenges, and your growth as a clinician.
Group supervision
Small, interactive groups where you can learn alongside other clinicians and hear perspectives beyond your own.
Virtual + in-person options
Flexible supervision that can work with your schedule and where you are in Louisiana.
Trauma-informed + strengths-based
Supervision that looks at the whole client, the whole clinician, and the context surrounding the work.
Evening + weekend availability
Because supervision has to fit somewhere between your caseload and the rest of your actual life.
