  • I provide clinical supervision for LMSWs working towards their LCSW in the state of Louisiana. I also offer support to newly licensed LCSWs navigating early practice or clinical questions.

  • Yes. I am certified through the Louisiana State Board of Social Work Examiners as a Board Approved Clinical Supervisor (BACS) and meet all state requirements to provide supervision for licensure.

  • Supervision typically occurs biweekly, in accordance with LABSWE requirements. Frequency can be adjusted based on your hours and needs.

  • My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and strengths-based. I create a space for open reflection, ethical discussion, skill-building, and professional growth- while holding you accountable for the standards of our field.
